Course outline

This highly practical and skill-intensive degree prepares you for a life-long career across stage and screen. Designed around four key pillars–core craft, context, repertoire and industry engagement–the degree focuses on developing both the individual and the actor through ensemble building, collaborative laboratories, industry-led workshops and public performances. Under the direction of renowned teachers and performers, you will undertake intensive training in acting, voice and speech, singing, movement and dance. Drawing inspiration from the most highly regarded actor training models around the world, this bespoke degree, offered to a small number of high-quality performers, will unlock your imagination, encourage curiosity and build your resilience. Entry into the Bachelor of Acting is dependent on an audition, which includes two phases that assess your movement, improvisation, speech-making, acting and voice abilities.
