2024 School Presentations

Our QTAC Presenters understand the value of sharing key information about QTAC, ATAR, Applications, and Insights. QTAC staff undergo police checks, and presenters at in-school presentations have up-to-date Blue Cards. The information we cover is designed to be useful, engaging, and educational.

This year, we open up our events season (ending in September) with Presentations to Schools. As a priority, we are working to ensure that we have adopted your feedback and that information shared is done so in a way that contributes connectedly to deepening the essential knowledge of all in attendance at your planned presentation session.

Our presentations, ‘How to Apply’ and ‘Understanding the ATAR’ are ready to be booked online via Microsoft Teams and in person.

If selecting the booking request (pay later) option, you are committing to being billed for your QTAC Presentation. A Tax Invoice referencing this booking will be generated within 2 business days, and sent to the email address supplied below. The invoice must be paid within 14 days to secure your booking.

Important: if you booked with less than 14 days notice, your requested window may not be honoured; don’t hesitate to get in touch with a QTAC team team member on 1300 467 822 to confirm.

Purchase Order Number: If intending to pay via Purchase Order, please do so by providing the number below. 

Our delivery is dependent on the availability of team members. Should your booking need to be moved, we will work with you to match the next best possible booking window. To ensure your booking is secured, we encourage you to book at least five business days ahead.

Please note, your booking is not confirmed until time of payment. After your booking is processed in our system, the presentations@ inbox receives a notification and you will be contacted prior to your booked event with further confirmation from QTAC.

We know each school has areas of interest (for example, conditionally accepting offers, preferencing and understanding alternate entry requirements, nursing specific or medicine, etc) they wish to have covered and often flag this at the time of booking. If you are unsure on an area for more focus, please rest reassured that at the end of our online or in-person presentations, if you have further questions, require some discussion time or want more information on anything covered, we are here to help.

Your online sessions can be recorded by you or we can record and supply upon request provided the request is sent through within 14 days of the webinar having taken place. In person recordings are welcomed however please ensure your presenter knows they will be recorded prior to the day of the event.

We will make contact closer to the presentation date to finalise your booking, notify you of the QTAC presenter and who will also provide you with a PDF of the presentation.

ATAR Report Webinar Booking Form
