Course outline

Take the next step in your digital media career with this degree and gain specialist knowledge and skills needed to work across a range of creative areas from animation to virtual reality (VR). Delivered in partnership with the University of Canberra, students will develop the expertise required to create complex interactive media. During this course students will also develop an understanding of how digital technology has revolutionised the way we communicate, work, learn and play. Students gain up-to-date skills using industry-standard technologies in virtual and augmented reality, digital photography, digital audio, interactive fiction, video and animation. Students also have the opportunity to combine university thinking with hands-on learning through project work, internships, professional experience and mentorships. Upon successful completion students will have the potential to find work across a range of creative areas.
