Course outline

In the higher education diploma year, students develop fundamental academic skills and cement their knowledge in core concepts required for a career in science. Students gain specialised skills and practical knowledge for a professional career in the biological, clinical, chemical, physical or mathematical sciences. On successful completion, students progress into the Bachelor of Science with credit. With this degree, students gain foundational knowledge across all areas of sciences, providing them the flexibility to decide on a future focus.
