This course is designed for people who want to elevate their skills at a management or executive level. Students will learn how to develop critical thinking in others, manage budgets and financial plans, manage business resources, develop workplace policies and procedures for sustainability and lead communication in the workplace. Elective units may include recruitment, project work, people management, business risk, the development of emotional intelligence, the use of digital technologies in a collaborative work environment and the promotion of products and services within international markets.
