The Bachelor of Project Management teaches skills in projectised decision-making applicable to a wide range of different sectors. It commences with three foundation semesters comprising of business acumen, project framework, process analysis, and core skill development, followed by three practice semesters comprising of technical, tactical, and strategic decision-making. The program includes comprehensive coverage of project scheduling, cost, resourcing, scope, quality, procurement, communications, risk management, and stakeholder management. The degree also includes two elective choices and concludes with a capstone subject on project integration management. The curriculum focusses on organisational change which has been purposely built around the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide — the international standard for the project management discipline.
