This diploma helps students to gain an understanding of the core concepts of business, including accounting, management and marketing. Students develop core business skills in areas such as financial management, leadership and management, and enhance these with an understanding of how to manage employment relations in a culturally diverse context. These skills are enhanced with an understanding of employment relations in a culturally diverse context. On successful completion of the diploma, students progress into the Griffith University dual degree with credit, where they gain an in-depth understanding of the tourism sector, underscored by sustainability principles which are core to modern business practice.
