Course outline

Learn the quantitative and analytical skills to pursue a well paid career in industry sectors which rely on mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, computer science, or biological sciences. Gain a foundation of calculus, linear algebra, discrete mathematics, mathematical analysis and modelling. Choose to specialise by taking a combination from a broad selection of mathematics and statistics courses. Develop skills in advanced problem solving, logical thinking and conceptual ability. Study communication systems, data handling and interpretation and research. Apply advanced mathematics skills to data driven problems in the physical and biological sciences, engineering, information technology, economics and business.
