QTAC’s monthly “From the desk” newsletter features a list of over 3,000 Guidance Officers and principals.
You have the option to include your own banner or take up an entire space to promote your campaigns, essential information or key events. Our pricing is tailored to your specific needs, depending on the level of exposure you desire.

Small logo feature
Placed at the bottom of the EDM under the QTAC logo, this small EDM feature includes your logo with a link to your institution’s website, along with text (15-80 words).
Please note: Your logo must be sized to <<insert size>>. This placement is usually paired with other institutions and can not guarantee you will have this placement to yourself.

Small middle feature
Featured in the middle of the EDM, this section includes one banner, along with 50-150 words, featuring any links.
Please note: Your banner must be sized to <<insert size>>. This feature is limited to two Institution per EDM.
Total price: $150
Large middle feature
Featured in the middle of the EDM, this section includes one banner, an extra square image, along with 50-250 words, featuring any links.
Please note: Your banner must be sized to <<insert size>>, and the second image but be sized <<insert size>>. This feature is limited to one Institution per EDM.
Total price: $200-$250
Solus EDM
Exclusively designed for your institution, our solus EDM is usually offered as part of our White Label Services, but we’re offering this unique opportunity to one institution a month. Feature your key dates, prerequisites, course updates and other important information within this EDM and pair it with your brand imagery.
Artwork and information must be done by the Institution, if you’re requiring QTAC’s design support, contact us at advertising@qtac.edu.au and we’ll put together an EDM packaged offer.
Please note, QTAC has the final say in your content and artwork and we have the right to reject and remove content from solus EDM. No aggressive messaging can be included in this EDM.
