CQUniversity Australia | Age 17 by 1 July 2023 for semester 2, 2023 entry or 1 November 2023 for Semester 3 2023. Completed Year 12 or turned age 17 by 31 January 2024 for semester 1, 2024 entry, 1 July 2024 for semester 2, 2024 entry, 1 November 2024 for Semester 3 2024. Applicants under the age of 17 who have not successfully completed Year 12, may only be considered for admission if their qualifications and level of attainment are acceptable. |
Griffith College | Completion of Year 12 attained or attained age 18 years with additional study/work experience |
Griffith University | Applicants must have completed Year 12 or turned 17 by 1 November 2023 for trimester 3, 2023, 1 March 2024 for trimester 1, 2024, 1 July 2024 for trimester 2, 2024 or 1 November 2024 for trimester 3, 2024. Domestic applicants under age 17 will not be considered for entry to Griffith programs unless they have completed:

James Cook University | Age 18 or completed Year 12 |
Queensland University of Technology | You must be at least 16 years old at the first census date of QUT study plus obtained an ATAR or completed year 12. If you have not obtained an ATAR or completed year 12, you won’t be considered for entry to QUT until you either:

Southern Cross University | Applicants who are under 18 years of age as at 1 March 2023 for semester 1 and 2, 2023 who do not have a completed Year 12 qualification may only be considered for admission if their qualifications and level of attainment are acceptable to the relevant Head of School |
TAFE Queensland | Year 12 or attained Year 12 leaving age |
The University of Queensland | No minimum age however students who will be under 16 years of age by the term start date must have their enrolment approved by the Faculty and the Academic Registrar. Students who do not receive this approval may be offered a deferred place. |
