Course outline

The Bachelor of Property provides a foundation for careers in the property development and management industry and the opportunity to specialise in property valuation. The degree includes a comprehensive range of subjects that focus on construction practices, feasibility studies, finance, investment and valuation, property markets, corporate real estate, land economy, sustainable development, and urban development.

Studying at Bond, you will be immersed in the ‘living laboratory’ of Australia’s fastest growing region and an infrastructure development hotspot, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with real clients on commercial, residential, public sector and community projects. Prerequisites

Completion of Year 12 with OP 15 equivalent or better. Applicants with post-secondary studies will also be considered (refer to Admissions Criteria on the Bond University website). An admission pathway is available for this program.

Membership

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Australian Property Institute for associate membership with Certified Property Practitioner Certification. Students who complete the relevant property valuation subjects as electives qualify for certification with the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practising Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland, and New South Wales Fair Trading (conditional on meeting professional practice requirements).
