Course outline

CQUniversity’s Bachelor of Business is an innovative course that builds foundation business and management skills and prepares students for the future. This course provides students the opportunity to build knowledge, skills, and practice in a chosen profession or discipline through authentic learning experiences that develop engaged globally-aware citizens ready to succeed in management and business. The course is designed for students who are planning a career in business and management in diverse organisations. Students will study eight compulsory core units and have a choice of business discipline majors. Students can then choose a second major or two minors from a range of business disciplines, provided they meet the pre-requisite requirements. Students will gain work experience while they learn with a mix of industry placements, internships and projects; real-world and authentic learning experiences. Note

Core units and the units to study for the Management major along with minors in HRM and Marketing will allow for on-campus enrolment, other majors and minors may require some online study.

Students will be able to gain work experience while they learn with a mix of industry placements, internships and projects; real-world and authentic learning experiences to excel in the future world of work.
