Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honours)
Griffith University - Brisbane South (Nathan/Mt Gravatt)

Course outline

Design and implement the software systems our society depends on. You’ll begin with a solid foundation in mathematics, computer systems, engineering principles and information systems. In your second year, you’ll explore computer algorithms, object-oriented programming, business analysis, computer network essentials and more. You’ll gain vital exposure to fields such as mobile app development, network security and project management. You’ll also address the key social and professional issues facing software engineers today. Griffith has created an industry-relevant learning experience through which you’ll gain valuable skills as you complete work developing software for real clients. In your final year, you’ll spend more than half your time engaging in work- integrated learning. For more course information, visit Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honours) at GU.
