What documentation do I provide for EAS?
Documentation required for EAS depends on the EAS category you apply under. For most categories, you must complete the relevant Educational Access Scheme cover sheet and attach supporting documentation. View the Educational Access Scheme page for specific category documentation requirements.
I have an Australian nursing/health care qualification, achieved through a hospital based or registration body training and/or any overseas nursing/health qualifications, what documentation do I provide?
A certificate of registration from relevant governing body.Note: Your annual nursing licence is not sufficient.
I have an Australian nursing/health care qualification achieved as academic qualifications (i.e. AQF qualification; certificate III, diploma, etc), what documentation do I provide?
An academic transcript showing all subjects undertaken, results (including fails), key to the grading system, name of award and proof of award/completion from your registered training provider.
I have a music/ dance/ speech/ drama qualification, what documentation do I provide?
Completion certificate.Note: for AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) grade 7 or 8 qualifications a theory certificate may also be required. Phone us on 1300 467 822 for more information.
I have completed a language qualification (translating and interpreting or language proficiency, membership of professional associations for which qualifying examinations were undertaken), what do I provide?
An official award completion certificate.
I have a Fire/ Ambulance Service qualification, what do I provide?
A letter or certificate of service from your supervisor/personnel officer/commanding officer giving length of service and occupation.
I have a Police Service qualification, what do I provide?
A certificate of service that states rank on discharge and dates of service.
I have a Merchant Marine qualification what do I provide?
A certificate of competency.
I have a Civil Aviation/ Commercial Pilot’s licence, what do I provide?
Licence certificate.
I have been in the Defence Force, what documentation do I provide for assessment?
Documentation needs to identify rank(s) achieved, division(s) worked in and length and dates of services for each rank.
