Bachelor of Surveying (Honours)
University of Southern Queensland - External

Course outline

Students are prepared for a career in one of Australia’s high demanding and most rapidly changing industries. Students benefit from working with modern technology and tools including robotic total stations, drones, satellite imagery and laser measurement systems for 3D mapping and visualisation of the natural built environment. Students develop practical experience with the technical, analytical and leadership skills they’ll need to succeed. Students apply these newly acquired practical skills and knowledge to a final-year research project. For more program information, visit Bachelor of Surveying (Honours) at UniSQ.

Note

External students must attend at least one, week-long, residential school at UniSQ Springfield during most years of the program.

Other requirements

Attendance at field excursions and practice courses in the form of residential schools is compulsory.
