This is a unique course that provides formal credentials and specialist knowledge to pursue a successful career in the property and real estate industry. This course develops a working knowledge and understanding of property law, contract law, business finance, property economics, property and asset management, construction and property investment and finance. In addition, students have the option to tailor their studies and complement their property knowledge by choosing to major in financial planning or property economics. This course is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API). Graduates are eligible for associate membership and the course is endorsed as supplying the education requirements for certification as a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and a Certified Property Practitioner. Graduates may also seek registration with the Valuers Registration Board.
