This course is for students who do not qualify for entry to bachelor degrees or are seeking additional skills development before undertaking a bachelor’s degree. Students study two core subjects plus a mix of introductory and first-year subjects within eight study streams. The information technology stream includes study of programming, interactive media, and internet fundamentals. On successful completion of the course, students can apply for entry to JCU information technology degrees and receive credit transfer for some subjects successfully completed.
