This program is designed to provide students with core skills and knowledge in engineering, avionics and aviation. The higher education diploma prepares students with fundamental academic skills, cementing their knowledge in foundation subjects. On successful completion of the diploma, students progress into the Griffith University dual degree with credit. Graduates are qualified as electronics engineers and have an understanding of the theory and practice of aviation. They may apply for admission to the Graduate Diploma of Flight Management to complete the practical training required to work in the aviation industry as a commercial pilot.
