In this course students gain a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and institutions as well as a thorough and critical understanding of core areas of law and legal theory. Students develop professional, clinical and legal analysis skills including traditional and modern legal research methods, legal writing, advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. The arts component provides skills in written communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal understanding with students able to choose majors according to their career aspirations.
