The Diploma of Psychological Science is a pathway program that will prepare you to transition into the Bachelor of Counselling. Healthcare is evolving and managing mental health is a prominent part of health and wellbeing. In this program, you’ll learn foundational knowledge and valuable transferrable skills, as well as how to apply them. You’ll study in a supportive environment, setting you up for success in your future studies. You will study courses covering interpersonal and counselling skills and research methods and statistics, providing the foundations you need for higher study. Learn from experts in psychology, with courses taught by researchers contributing to some of Australia’s most important projects at our Centre for Mental Health, addressing issues from youth mental health to parenting and family Interventions. You’ll also receive world-class student support including Peer Assisted Study Sessions, run by high-achieving students.
