This diploma and degree provide a pathway to a career in physiotherapy. In the diploma year, students develop fundamental academic skills and cement their knowledge in foundation subjects and core concepts required for a career in health. On successful completion of the diploma, students may progress into the bachelor degree with credit towards their study. This program provides an innovative, student-centred and employability-focused curriculum with a strong emphasis on client-centred and evidence-based practice, as well as experiential and inter-professional learning. Students take biomedical, physical and behavioural science courses as well as physiotherapy academic and clinical courses.
