Course outline

The Diploma of Health and Wellbeing provides a strong foundation of knowledge in physical, mental and the social wellbeing elements of health. You will develop an understanding of how to positively impact all elements of your health and that of others while gaining awareness of how social determinants influence health and recognise health inequities across many population groups.

This online diploma teaches you the fundamental principles of human function and wellness, and how to implement good habits, with a focus on holistic wellbeing, positive ageing and good nutrition. This Health and Wellbeing course qualifies you for a career in the swiftly growing corporate health or aged care sectors, as well as the opportunity to continue studying at bachelor level through our Bachelor of Psychological Science and Bachelor of Community Services.
