The Diploma of Engineering and Technologies provides an alternative entry into UniSQ’s undergraduate engineering degrees. It’s designed to support your transition into university while building your study skills, introduces core engineering concepts and emerging technologies, and provides credit towards first‑year engineering courses, helping you transition smoothly into further engineering degrees. Another benefit of this diploma is that three core foundational courses are free, helping reduce your overall study costs and support your transition to university study. Note

You may be required to attend on-campus residential schools at UniSQ Toowoomba or Springfield campus as part of this degree. During these sessions, you will attend face-to-face practical classes and workshops, use the laboratory facilities and specialised equipment, and engage with staff and fellow students.
