In their higher education diploma year, students develop core business skills in areas such as financial management, leadership, management, marketing and strategic management. These skills are enhanced with an understanding of how to manage employment relations in a culturally diverse context. Students also gain in-depth knowledge of the tourism sector, underscored by sustainability principles which are core to modern business practice. On successful completion of the diploma, students progress into the bachelor degree with credit.
