Students explore the role of science and technology in the world around us. They learn how to think about scientific problems, and how data can be used to solve real-world challenges. The program includes foundation studies in core scientific fields, including biology, chemistry and ecology. During lab and field activities, students explore their skills of investigation, presenting data and critical analysis and apply these across disciplines through ‘Big Idea’ modules that introduce them to the cutting edge of science, research and technology.
