Students gain a broad introduction to the core ideas that drive business growth including entrepreneurship, marketing, management, and more. Students develop an innovative business idea through market research and develop a report and a concept document to share. These practical tasks are designed to build critical thinking, communication, and time management skills needed to stand out in a changing business environment. Students learn how to use technology to achieve their study and career goals, including working with different software applications, managing information and creating an online profile. On successful completion of the diploma, students are eligible for entry into, and receive 96 units of credit towards, the Bachelor of Business degree.
