Make a positive impact on human health and wellbeing, by learning to understand the evolving science of food, nutrition and dietetics. This is a hands-on program is specifically designed to give students the skills and expertise for industry application, promoting nutrition and health through informed dietary recommendations.
In this program you will learn how to make food for people with different dietary needs as you choose to specialise in a range of minors, including public health nutrition, health promotion, healthy public policy, sustainability, food science and safety, sport and exercise nutrition, agriculture and aquaculture, Indigenous studies, social media or journalism. You’ll gain provisional direct entry (subject to entry requirements) to the UniSC Master of Dietetics (Sports Nutrition) program.
