The Bachelor of Nutrition will provide students with the opportunity to learn about the dynamic world of food and nutrition science. Students will learn about the science behind food and nutrition including human and nutrition physiology, dietary choices and behaviours, food production, processing and technologies, public health nutrition, and health promotion for populations and individuals with different needs. Students will gain experience working with nutrition service providers and industries and other health professionals.
