The degree includes core subjects and a range of elective subjects. Compulsory areas include contracts, torts, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, equity, property, litigation, technology, succession, and corporation law. Completion of Year 12 or attained age 17 years
This is a Year 12 admission pathway for applicants with an OP 1-5 or equivalent rank from a Year 12 program. Applicants from a non-English speaking background including Australian citizens are advised that this course has a higher English language requirement than many UNE courses.
