Course outline

Students take common first year engineering subjects to develop a broad skills base in order to choose a preferred engineering major. Engineering design is a central theme of the course. This five-year program enables students to combine their engineering degree with a science major. This course is accredited by Engineers Australia.

Note

For Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), not all majors are available at all campuses and no engineering majors are available for mid-year entry.

Other requirements

Students must complete at least 60 days of engineering professional practice prior to graduation and hold a Senior First Aid certificate at time of graduation.
