With this double degree, you can tackle environmental issues armed with knowledge across both engineering and science. With specialist skills in engineering paired with insights into social, applied and natural sciences, you’ll be well prepared to find practical solutions to pressing environmental issues. You will develop knowledge and skills in the planning, design, management, construction and maintenance of engineering projects as well as a solid foundation in biological, physical, social sciences and critical analysis. An embedded industry experience prepares final-year students for entry to the workforce. For more course information, visit Bachelor of Engineering with Honours/Bachelor of Environmental Science at GU Nathan or Bachelor of Engineering with Honours/Bachelor of Environmental Science at GU Gold Coast.
Engineering: civil engineering; electrical and electronic engineering (Gold Coast); electronic engineering (Nathan); environmental engineering (Nathan); mechanical engineering. Environmental science: ecology and conservation; environmental management; soil and water science; urban environments.
