Course outline

This course combines the Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) degrees. The business component is designed to inspire you to realise your potential to think entrepreneurially and to ethically and sustainably shape the future of business. Early in the course, you will develop core business capabilities including critical thinking, professional communication, digital and technological fluency, teamwork, and global citizenship. You then undertake focused and authentic study in your chosen business discipline, engaging with the real world of business through work-integrated learning, projects and placements. The design component emphasises practical experience through projects and design studios and encourages creativity within a vigorous design culture. You develop adaptable and resilient capabilities to design, think critically, effectively communicate and collaborate to realise your ideas. Graduate with advanced design skills and highly developed business knowledge.
