Course outline

Set yourself apart with this double degree which combines essential construction site skills with business tactics and execution.

Developed in consultation with industry, this unique qualification gives you access to industry representatives and academics who are world-leading experts in their fields. Coupled with work placements onsite with our industry partners, you can be confident you will graduate with the practical knowledge, skills and expertise employers look for.

Acquire a diverse skill set that combines construction management capability with property economics knowledge. This dual focus prepares you to oversee construction projects efficiently while understanding the economic implications of property development, enhancing your career prospects in the property industry.

Learn how to navigate complex regulatory frameworks governing construction and property markets. Understanding regulations related to zoning, permits, environmental compliance, and building codes equips you to manage projects compliantly and avoid costly legal issues. Advise on property investment, valuation, management, and development effectively to optimise the benefits of property ownership or occupation.
