Bachelor of Biomedical Science
Australian Catholic University - Brisbane

Course outline

This course prepares graduates with a concern for the common good to apply a broad and coherent body of knowledge with strong professional and industry focus. Our graduates are expected to make their own contributions to the medical science field by pursuing careers in biomedical research or by working in diagnostic pathology laboratories. Our majors and minors offer a more thorough understanding of several key areas of biomedicine such as physiology, pharmacology, chemistry, and nutrition science. After graduation, biomedicine professionals are expected to work with cutting-edge technology and to collaborate within healthcare teams to create novel solutions to global and national health challenges. Graduates may also choose to complete postgraduate degrees in medicine and allied health. For more course information, visit Bachelor of Biomedical Science at ACU
