This program arms students with the technical and analytical skills for a career in one of Australia’s high demanding and most rapidly changing industries. Students acquire knowledge of innovative technologies including robotic total stations, drones satellite imagery and laser measurement systems. Students develop critical insights into spatial science through study of surveying, mapping, engineering systems, land development, town planning, environmental management, land law, and sustainable development. This program is a stepping stone to a bachelor’s degree in spatial science, spatial science technology, or urban and regional planning.
