This course allows graduates to progress their career as an engineering professional and become a technical consultant or engineering associate. In this associate degree, students develop skills in the application of civil and structural engineering technology. Students develop specialised knowledge of drafting and modelling structural, municipal and environmental engineering, project management and estimating skills. Teaching staff ensure students can synthesise elements of their theoretical and practical understanding through designing and implementing an engineering project to standards applicable to a modern civil or structural engineering practice.
