Course outline

The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/ Master of Engineering (Professional) is a single, packaged program that combines your bachelor’s degree with a masters qualification. You’ll enrol once and progress seamlessly from undergraduate to postgraduate study without needing to apply for a separate masters.

After completing the bachelor degree, you’ll complete 120 masters-level units instead of the standard 192, helping you finish sooner while still gaining advanced skills and deep technical expertise. You can specialise in areas such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, renewable energy engineering or project management, preparing you for the demands of senior roles in the engineering industry.

This is a competitive vertical masters double degree. Students receive a provisional offer to the Master of Engineering (Professional) and progress after completing the bachelor, provided they commence the Masters in the following year.

English, Literature, English and Literature Extension or English as an Additional Language (Units 3 and 4, C); Completion of Year 12 or attained age 17 years
