The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/ Master of Engineering Project Management is designed for those who want to combine engineering expertise with leadership and project delivery skills. This pathway equips you to manage complex engineering projects and drive innovation across industries, making you highly competitive for senior positions in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, robotics, and renewable energy.

Complete a bachelor and master’s qualifications in approximately five years, with a reduced unit load and a smooth transition from undergraduate to postgraduate study.

You will attain skills in engineering contracts, procurement, risk, resource planning, project execution management and more. Gain hands-on experience through 12 weeks of work experience, develop professional engineering competencies in project management, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and research. Qualify for membership with Engineers Australia, with recognition by 18 countries under the Washington Accord.

This is a competitive vertical masters double degree. Students receive a provisional offer to the Master of Engineering and progress after completing the bachelor, provided they commence the Masters in the following year.

Prerequisites

English, Literature, English and Literature Extension or English as an Additional Language (Units 3 and 4, C); Completion of Year 12 or attained age 17 years
