This course combines a rigorous academic curriculum with an integrated learning experience. Students develop knowledge in both front and back-of-house through units of study in food and beverage operations, accommodations, operations, and finance. The course includes 600 hours of professional placement and, on successful completion of the course, graduates are eligible for entry into the Bachelor of Global Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hotel School with two years of credit.
