Course outline

In the higher education diploma year, students develop an understanding of the core concepts of business, including management, accounting and marketing. On successful completion of the diploma be ready to progress into the dual degree with 70 credit points. You’ll graduate as a business professional with two degrees and a unique skill set that will give you a competitive edge. You’ll gain insights in all aspects of business and understand its social, cultural and political dimensions. You’ll study the foundations of communication and journalism alongside fundamental business concepts, including management, marketing and government-business relations and develop advanced skills in digital media, critical writing and editing, multimedia production, and media innovation.
