Course outline

You can fast-track a career in law with this accelerated graduate-entry program, open to graduates of any discipline other than law. Law program content has a practical focus and includes all the courses required for admission as a legal practitioner in Australia: legal practice and ethics, contracts, torts, criminal law and procedure, equity/trusts, civil procedure, evidence, constitutional law, property law, administrative law and corporate law. You gain practical skills from your first year. Law honours is available, usually without extending the time required to complete your degree. Only first year of the program will be offered at Moreton Bay in 2023.
