Course outline

Students take common first year engineering subjects to develop a broad skills base and then choose a preferred engineering major. Engineering design is a central theme of the course. This five-year program allows students to combine their engineering degree with information technology subjects for individual interest or a specialist career goal. This course is accredited by Engineers Australia.

Students must complete at least 60 days of engineering professional practice prior to graduation and hold a Senior First Aid certificate at time of graduation.
