Bachelor of Business
University of Southern Queensland - Online

Course outline

Learners in the Bachelor of Business will have the opportunity to work alongside leading academics and local and international industry partners to tackle real world problems with confidence. We will explore the way that business can contribute to solving the world’s Wicked Problems such as climate change, economic and social opportunities for vulnerable people and communities, and just and fair capitalism. We will lead with our values to engage in ethical decision making that delivers positive results for individuals, organisations, and communities. Learners will work autonomously and collaboratively to analyse and generate solutions to dynamic issues and changing landscapes and evaluate inputs from various sources and stakeholders to ensure that the interests of others are recognised. You will evaluate digital technologies, mechanisation, computerisation, and automation to support current and future business processes. As a graduate, you will confidently communicate broad-level specialist advice to others and exercise professional judgement using critical and reflective thinking to continue developing as a self-reliant, ethical, and responsible professional. Once in the workforce, you will leverage your well-developed professional identity by exhibiting the human capabilities and knowledge demanded by modern organisations.
