Course outline

In this course students gain a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and institutions as well as a thorough and critical understanding of core areas of law and legal theory. Students develop professional, clinical and legal analysis skills including traditional and modern legal research methods, legal writing, advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. In the economics component students learn how to solve policy and decision-making challenges for business and government using a range of statistical and analytical tools, with a focus on a career as an economist and analyst.
