Course outline

This higher education diploma provides the fundamental skills and knowledge required for careers in international tourism and hotel management. In addition, students are prepared academically for further study at university. Topics include tourism systems, interpreting tourism management information, international food and beverage management, engaging Australia and the Asia-pacific, and academic and professional skills development. On successful completion of this diploma, students may progress into a range of degrees at Griffith University with credit.
