Course outline

This course is for students who identify as Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and who do not qualify for entry to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Students will study two core health subjects plus a mix of core introductory and first year subjects, and an elective subject. Successful completion of the diploma allows entry to the JCU Bachelor of Dental Surgery with credit transfer for some successfully completed subjects. Additional entry requirements

In addition to applying through QTAC, applicants must submit a JCU Application Form for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery to the Division of Tropical Health and Medicine and documentation confirming eligibility for the Indigenous Pathway.
