Diploma of Health Care
Griffith College - Gold Coast

Course outline

This higher education program provides the basis for further university studies in nursing. Students learn the core concepts of the anatomy and physiology of the human body and the ways in which the body and mind develop and change across the lifespan. Theoretical content in the classroom is brought to life through simulated practical activities in laboratory settings. Theoretical models are explored through interactive workshops, and while simulated, real health service settings provide practical, experiential learning. This course code is for the Diploma of Health Care only and does not include progression into the Bachelor of Nursing. For more information, visit Diploma of Health Care at Griffith College.
