The Diploma of Conveyancing (Law and Practice) develops the knowledge and skills needed for a career as a paralegal or conveyancer. It also offers a solid foundation in legal principles and the academic skills needed to pursue further legal studies. Students gain foundational knowledge about conveyancing law and practice in the Australian legal system and develop skills in legal research and writing, and an understanding of key legal principles.
