Course outline

In this course students gain specialist knowledge across the fashion design process — from fabric identification to design creation, production, and marketing and sales. During the final semester students will have the opportunity to exhibit their creations to industry representatives and potential employers at our prestigious graduate fashion parades. Graduates will also finish their studies with a comprehensive portfolio of work.

Note

Applicants offered a place in the diploma course who are not eligible for a subsidised enrolment will pay full fee. VET Student Loans may be available to eligible applicants, refer to tafeqld.edu.au/study-with-us/what-it-costs/index.html for information.

Prerequisites

Completion of Year 12 or attained Year 12 leaving age
