Course outline

Students gain knowledge in biology, chemistry and communications and develop a strong foundation for a range of science-related careers. There is also the option to develop more detailed knowledge in areas including biochemistry, genetics, microbiology and physiology. Students benefit from study in laboratories with world-class facilities including gel documentation facility, seed store and fungal pathology laboratory. Students have the option of choosing a second area of specialisation to complement their science major and create a program that best suits them.
